Campaign period. Only purchases made through the official store during the announced campaign period count toward your total. Orders placed before it opens or after it closes are not eligible.

How your total is calculated. Your total is the sum of your verified, claimed orders. Only orders confirmed as paid qualify.

Claiming orders. Each order number can be claimed once — whoever claims it first receives that spend toward their total. Claims are final and cannot be transferred or reversed.

Prizes and winner verification. Limit one reward per person. Winners are verified against a government-issued ID card or passport at redemption, and announced on the brand's official channel. The organiser may substitute a prize of equal value where necessary.

Lucky draw. Every participant with at least one verified claim receives one draw entry. Draw slots are allocated by the organiser at the close of the campaign.

General. The organiser may amend these terms or the campaign mechanics where reasonably necessary and will publish any material changes. The organiser's decisions on eligibility and winners are final.

Personal Data Protection Notice (PDPA). This notice explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

What we collect. (a) your full name; (b) your contact details (mobile number and email); (c) your consent record and its date/time; (d) purchase information for orders you claim (order number, amount, product, purchase date); (e) technical data such as your IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse. At the prize-redemption stage only, we verify your identity against your government ID card or passport.

Purpose. We process your data to run this campaign — registration, verifying and totalling your claimed orders, operating the leaderboard and lucky draw, contacting you about results, and awarding and delivering prizes (including identity verification) — as well as operating the campaign securely, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable law.

If you do not provide it. Your name and contact details are necessary to register and claim. Without them you cannot take part.

Who we share it with. Your data is handled by the organiser and by service providers acting on our behalf, including our e-commerce platform for verifying orders and our hosting/infrastructure providers. Your contact details and totals are never shown publicly; your name may appear on the public leaderboard in masked form. We do not sell your data and disclose it only where required by law.

How long we keep it. We retain your personal data for up to one (1) year after the campaign closes, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights. Under the PDPA you may, subject to legal conditions: access and obtain a copy of your data; request correction; request deletion or de-identification; object to or restrict processing; request data portability; and withdraw your consent at any time.
